Shipyard workers, I'd like to introduce myself and our team here at 32 Points Manning, LLC.

You might be thinking why work with us? How are we any different from the other agencies out there? Why does this matter to me?  I'll explain our plan for you:

We have been working in the industry for years with established relationships as we decided to move into the shipyards for good. We are here to help recognize your career path, your goals, maybe even things you have sacrificed to a daily grind that can take the desire for anything but peace, quiet and a bed. The business was built years ago by the recommendations of my database. I asked people like you what they wanted and just heard their stories. Together, we found answers. We vet everyone. So not everyone is able to join.

​One of our pet projects is to create comprehensive mental health resources in 2026. Why? This type of work can isolate and put you in intense conditions. We've all seen enough of the fallout from prolonged high stress and no relief.

 

If you're curious: Sailors assigned to aircraft carriers undergoing prolonged maintenance in a shipyard are reported to be at approximately two to three times a higher risk of death by suicide compared to when the ship is at sea. This is an ongoing problem we intend to address

​​In 2026 we will continue building the following to completion:

​

  • Build a Tiger Team in 2026 from our elite personnel.
  • Temp Option with Gov. Contracting: We plan to have enough shipyards and similar work to allow a temp worker to choose the destination by where you'd like to visit, and to create work-life balance.
  • Seeking a benefits package that has top tier features like paid premiums, or out of pocket maximums.
  • Develop mentorship programs.
  • Affordable EAP systems
  • Worthwhile Family Support services.
  • Creating a listing of comprehensive resources for skilled workers that will be on our website.​​​​

  • If you have USCG license/credentials [Merchant Mariner Credentials] (Optional if you have one)

  • Letter of Recommendation
